HIKE NOTES/ADVISORIES
*** Alltrails maps are to be used for route finding purposes only. The elevation gains on the maps are very often much more than those found in more reliable sources. The gains posted on club descriptions should be a better indication of the real gain. ***
- Cox Hill hike can be extended to go to the far west end of the ridge for spectacular views of the front ranges but hang on to your hats. Stopping at the top of the ridge is also a lovely place to have your lunch with wonderful views of Moose Mountain and Jumpingpound Mountain.
- If enough interest is shown we could use the Seventy Buck approach to Eagle Hill and go back to Sibbald Lake. Let Jill know. On the way back from Eagle Ridge, those with more gas in their tanks can add on Deer Ridge for an extra 3km and 200m elevation gain.
